Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through The Crypto Power Couple™ (“CPC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Digital Products

CPC software, Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, trading tools, downloads, subscriptions, and digital educational materials are delivered electronically. Because access can be provided immediately, sales are final once access is granted unless otherwise stated in writing.

No Refunds

Once digital access, a download, a license, a subscription period, or educational material has been provided, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Trading performance is not grounds for a refund. Results vary and may be affected by market conditions, broker conditions, spreads, slippage, volatility, connectivity, and user settings.

Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
• Access generally remains active through the end of the paid term.

Technical Support

If a verified technical issue prevents access, CPC will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the digital product again. Technical assistance does not create a right to a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for trading losses, misuse, misunderstanding, broker incompatibility, failure to follow setup instructions, or failure to cancel before renewal.

Payment Disputes

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access, revocation of licenses, or restriction from future CPC services. Contact CPC first if you believe a billing error occurred.

By purchasing, you acknowledge the risks involved, accept responsibility for your activity, and agree to this policy.
